The space
A beautifully presented 3 bed end terrace home with living space set over 3 floors and a fantastic and spacious attic bedroom.

On the ground floor there is an open plan living/dining area. The living room has a wall mounted smart TV.

On the second floor there are 2 double bedrooms - one with King bed, the second with a double bed. All the bedrooms are carpeted and have ample storage and hanging space. There is also a large beautifully tiled shower room.

The attic bedroom is spacious, full carpeted and has a king bed.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house.

Leave your car in the secure gated parking area and explore Chester on foot. Further, paid-parking for any extra vehicle is available just feet away (£10 for 24 hours 8am to 8am)

You can get onto the Roman walls in less than a minute from the front door. Turn right for the river and left to get into town where in 2 minutes you'll be in the thriving Chester City centre.

The train station and the bus interchange are less than 20 minutes walk.

Other things to note
Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.

We have a travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). They are not kept on site - so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavor to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.

Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We are willing to be flexible with this by arrangement - but this is dependent on other bookings - so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.

Each property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
