With 1 king, 1 double and 1 bunk bed, this home is the perfect choice for families and groups of up to 6 guests, looking to be walking distance from all the local attractions. Our modern, two storey end terrace has been aesthetically decorated providing a relaxing, comfortable and spotless getaway. The space
Step inside and discover a beautifully designed interior with plenty of natural light and stylish furnishings throughout the two-storey property.

Upon entering guests are greeted by an open-plan Living/Dining area featuring plush sofas, large dining table and a smart TV. The shaker-style

kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities. French doors lead out onto a lovely courtyard, complete with soft lighting and outdoor seating- perfect for intimate al fresco drinks with family and friends.

The second floor hosts two well-lit double bedrooms, one with a lovely King bed and the other with a cosy double bed. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and comes with plenty of hanging space . A recently updated compact family bathroom features a bath tub with overhead shower and provides the perfect space to unwind and refresh.

The third bedroom also benefits from being well lit and features bunk beds.

There is free on street parking outside the home.

Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.

We have a travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.

Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.

Hoole is a popular suburb with real community and fiercely independent spirit. Dubbed ‘Chester’s oldest suburb’ and boasting a shopping district just a few minutes walk from this property, that has won a number of awards.
Hoole should be a must-visit on your trip to Chester. Recommendations are The Suburbs, Made In Italy and Hoole's neighbourhood Bistro - The Sticky Walnut. The Yellow Pig is also a popular spot to enjoy a coffee and a cooked breakfast!

Any violation of the house rules will forfeit the guest the right to leave a public review.
