Frodsham has a thriving centre with a weekly market and numerous shops, pubs, cafés and wine bars. The pub in the centre marks the start of the Sandstone Trail, which then stretches for 34 miles past Delamere Forest through to Whitchurch. For anyone craving the bright lights of a city, the unforgettable and historic walled city of Chester, complete with stunning 700-year-old unique shopping rows, can be reached in just 20 minutes.
For families there is an abundance of wonderful attractions in the area including Delamere Forest, 10 minutes, Blue Planet Aquarium, 15 minutes, Chester Zoo, Chester Racecourse and The Crocky Trail, 20 minutes, and Gulliver’s World Theme Park, 30 minutes. The stunning Welsh mountains and coastline can be reached in around 45 minutes, as can the nearby Wirral Peninsula and wide sandy beaches of Formby and Crosby.
