A beautifully decorated 4 bedroom detached home with an enclosed courtyard to the side. With a fantastic open-plan kitchen dining area which is perfect for socializing, this home is ideal for a family or for couples meeting up. The roomy lounge with TV and wood burning stove is modern yet cosy, this home is the ideal, Chester retreat!

There is one double (king) bedroom downstairs while upstairs are two double bedrooms (both kings, one with en-suite) and a further bedroom with two singles.
The space
The property has a very smart, light, airy décor with light stone floors on the ground floor and light wood-laminate upstairs. Downstairs is built for socializing with a large open-plan, yet still cozy, layout. There are large French-doors leading out into the private courtyard garden from both the lounge and the dining areas.
There is a bedroom on the ground floor, ideal for those less comfortable with stairs and the spacious master bedroom upstairs has it's own en-suite shower room.
The fourth bedroom has a standard, single bed but a second "trundle" bed is available for the larger groups and is perfect for younger guests.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to our cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
Guest access
There is free parking on the street and the property is located within easy walking distance of a couple of pubs and convenience shops.
Other things to note
As a perfect family home, we have a cot and high-chair available. They are not kept on site, so please advise us if you need these for your visit and we can ensure they are provided in time for your arrival.

This vacation home is located in Chester. Chester Zoo and Chester Roman Gardens are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit The Rows of Chester and Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet. Crocky Trail and Blue Planet Aquarium are also worth visiting.
