Brand New Luxury City Centre Home!, Chester

Cheshire. Sleeps up to 8

This beautiful 4-bedroom property is located within the city's Roman walls, only a 1 minute walk from the Chester Cross, marking the very centre of the city. All of Chester’s shops, restaurants, bars and historic sights are right on your doorstep.

The brand new, modern 3-story town house has a stylish and cosy living room with a large smart TV for your use. Within the living room there is also a large dining table. Along with a modern downstairs toilet, the ground floor boasts large windows and a back door into a garden with tables and chairs for the warmer months!

Whilst there are many incredible restaurants in Chester, the kitchen is equipped with everything you should need to cook a meal in with family, friends or colleagues, including of course, plenty of wine and prosecco glasses!

The remaining floors have 2 stylish bedrooms and a modern bathroom on each. All the bedrooms are a good size and have large windows letting in plenty of natural light. All the bedrooms are complete with comfortable beds, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and elegant finishing touches. Fresh white linen and clean towels will also be provided for you. One bedroom on the third floor has a balcony with a bistro set, overlooking the garden.

The street where the property is located is conveniently in between two of Chester’s main streets – Watergate Street and Bridge Street. Commonhall Street is located behind the property which leads you onto Bridge Street. Bridge Street is full of restaurants and has an entrance to the Grosvenor shopping Centre.

In front of the property to the left and the right are quaint alleyways leading you onto Watergate Street – one bringing you out on Chester’s iconic rows! Watergate Street is known as Chester’s independent quarter, boasting lots of quirky bars.

Chester Racecourse is also only a few minutes’ walk from the house.

With river bank walks, shopping, sight-seeing, good food and nightlife within a short walk, you will be kept busy, but will have a relaxing home to come back to after a long day! You will of course also be a short drive from Chester Zoo and the beautiful Cheshire countryside.

We are here to help and would be happy to give recommendations for restaurants, bars, good country pubs, Cheshire walks and must see sights! The welcome book located in the house will provide you with many recommendations on your arrival, or please request beforehand.
