The apartment has a king-size double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room and use of an external, ground floor games room with a snooker table and a woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for one car in the courtyard, bike storage, horse stabling available at additional cost, by prior arrangement with the owner, shared use of the tennis court by arrangement and shared use of 1000 acres of grounds, farmland and barbecue areas. Butlers Flat is a lovely, romantic base for your holiday.
