Town: Discover the small North Wales city of St Asaph in the Vale of Clwyd, between Denbigh and the coastal town of Rhyl. Here, the population is a little over 3500 occupants and overlooks the rivers Clwyd and Elwy. There is also a riverside parkland, a children’s play area and lots of walks, where there is the opportunity to see kingfishers, sparrow hawks and buzzards. The city also plays host to a number of amenities and activities, including a 9-hole golf course, horse riding, angling, and crown green bowling.

Located in Saint Asaph, this cottage is in a rural area and by the sea. Bodrhyddan Hall and Rhyl Miniature Railway are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Caerwys Golf Club and Rhyl Golf Club.
