Arrival Information
We can confirm that check in is 3:30pm and check out is 10 am, to check in there is usually someone on site up until around 5-6pm.
Check ins after 9pm are available on request and are payable in advance to the park directly. The charge is £15 per full hour after 9pm. The latest possible check in time is 12 midnight but this needs to be arranged prior to arrival.

Please note there is Wifi available around the reception area. There will be a new shop on site in 2018 for all your essentials.

No dogs to be left in lodges unattended.
Please bring own dog bowls for food and water.
Please bring pet beds for your dog(s).
No dogs allowed on furniture, beds or bedding.
Please ‘pick up’ after your dog.
Please bring old towels to dry your dog after walks.
Please note a security deposit of £30.00 for up to 4 Guests or £100.00 for 5+ Guests will be required 24hrs prior to your arrival, which is payable locally to the Herons Lake Retreat.

This lodge is located in Mold.
