The Treehouse, Glan Conwy

This is an opportunity for guests to stay in unique, wonderful surroundings. The Treehouse is a modern timber and steel extension to an historic Art Deco style country house. The views are incredible, you will be mesmerised by the sunsets over the estuary with magnificent Conwy Castle beyond. Guests staying at The Treehouse will also have the added bonus of having full use of the owners’ wonderful garden, please do take the time to look at the large hand painted mural near the house, each of the animals and birds found in the painting were all at some point seen in the garden by the artist who spent a year here.The Treehouse is true bolthole and the owners have very cleverly sought to make use of every inch of space to capture a fine ‘loft living’ experience in the Welsh countryside. There is a catch though, and that is that there is no bedroom. When it’s time to go to sleep you will need to turn the sofa into a double bed, it’s very comfy though! Oh and blink and you might miss the kitchen, it’s in the cupboard, but still well equipped with all the facilities needed to cook a nice meal! The Treehouse can also boast the full Sky TV package too.

The Treehouse is located near Glan Conwy, the gateway to the Conwy Valley and Snowdonia. From The Treehouse you can make your way to lots of great attractions, Bodnant Gardens, Conwy Castle, The Welsh Mountain Zoo, and Bodnant Food Center are all within 10 mins by car. There are lots of walks in the area too and golfers are spoilt for choice.

Bedrooms: There is no dedicated bedroom as such but a very comfy and easy to use sofa that can be turned into a double bedroom.

Bathrooms: One bathroom with loo, sink, and bath with shower and screen.

Kitchen: The kitchen is actually a cupboard but all is there in small but perfect form! Oven, fridge, electric hob, toaster and kettle.

Sitting Room: Comfy seating for all guests, TV, DVD.

Dining: There is a small table and chairs in the sitting room

Garden: A gorgeous garden with ponds, and little private places to sit and read. The RSPB bird sanctuary is just a few minutes flight away and some of the birds love a good day trip to the garden at St Francis’ Grange.

Heating: The Treehouse is heated by central heating.

Parking: There is off road parking in a private parking area close to the house.
