Moss Bank House is a fabulous Victorian terrace just outside Conwy castle walls. Recently renovated to an exceptionally high standard this house will delight all guests lucky enough to stay here. The owner's stylish eye for detail has ensured the very best accommodation standard with each bedroom having its own theme. The charm of the Moss Bank House lies in the seamlessly combined style of the original features and the more contemporary additions. The house is sociable in its layout and has a great little garden suntrap at the front, you can even see Conwy Castle through the trees. Moss Bank house really is for all seasons, with a logburner and comfortable sitting room you will be as happy sitting snuggled up on the sofa in front of the fire as you would be sitting under one of the parasol in the sunshine, Pimms in hand!

Locals of Conwy are very proud of the UNESCO world heritage status their beloved town has. Visitors come here from all over the world enjoying all it and the surrounding area offers. Among the historic walls and cobbled streets there are some great shops and places to eat. We have an award winning butcher, a chocolatier and a great selection of bars and places to eat from fine dining to fish and chips! If you can pull yourself away from the comfort and luxury of Moss Bank House there is much to do here. Four Golf courses within easy reach, popular attractions like Bodnant Gardens, The Welsh Mountain Zoo, The Great Orme and within half an hour’s drive you can get to Zipworld , Bounce below (The amazing underground trampoline experience) and not to mention the summit of Snowdon too. Food in the area is going from strength to strength too, the emergence of the Bodnant Food Center certainly underlines what many of us already knew, the food produced here is some of the best in the UK!

Bedrooms: Four bedrooms. All bedrooms are upstairs. Two double bedrooms (Wild Rose and Heather) have en suite shower rooms. One twin room (Hedgerow). One single room (Lavender) has a pull out bed, please let us know in advance if this is required. There is plenty of wardrobe space in Lavender to store luggage cases too. All linen and towels provided.

Bathrooms: Two en suite shower rooms for Wild Rose and Heather with showers, WC and basins. Also upstairs is a family bathroom with roll top bath (W/shower fitting), WC, basin and towel rail.

Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with AGA and electric cooker, Fridge Freezer, dishwasher. The kitchen is open plan with the dining room.

Sitting Room: Comfortable seating for all guests, Large TV and DVD player and wood burner.

Dining: Open plan dining area with kitchen. Dining table to seat all guests and even an honesty wine hamper!

Utility Room: Sink, Microwave and adjoining downstairs loo.

Garden: There is a small elevate patio space outside at the back of the house. There is a well-kept lawn and terrace at the front of the house with two sets of tables and chairs. Views of Conwy Castle through the trees.

Heating: The house has gas central heating, an AGA in the kitchen and a log burner in the sitting room. The first bag of wood is free, additional bags are available for £5.00 or alternatively you can buy it locally.

Parking: There is private parking at the rear of the house for 3 cars.
