Inside, this farmhouse exudes Cornish charm in every room. The traditional kitchen boasts slate flooring, exposed beams and an oil fired range oven. With a large dining table in the centre of the room, this is a sociable space for entertaining and also includes an electric hob and oven, combination microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and extra built in fridge, while the utility room next door houses a sink and drainer, washing machine and tumble dryer. For more formal affairs, there is a dining room with a Victorian ornamental fireplace, reclaimed panelling and oak flooring. There are five bedrooms in this house, a master super king size with en suite bathroom, another super king size bed that can be converted into two singles on request, a king size, a twin and a ground floor king size. The bedrooms are spacious, light and airy and all benefit from the inclusion of TVs, perfect for lazy mornings. There is a family bathroom on the first floor with oak flooring, a luxurious roll top bath and WC. You will find a shower room and WC on the ground floor also.
