Region: Cornwalls visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britains premier holiday destinations.
Town: One of Cornwall's prettiest harbour towns, St Ives offers narrow streets, tight-packed cottages nestling around the quayside, the Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth museum, fabulous beaches, superb shops, a thriving community of artists, great pubs and restaurants and much more. With its semi Bohemian lifestyle and romantic air, it's easy to see why this is the county's premier holiday resort. The surrounding area has much for the visitor to see and do with abundant wildlife, fabulous coastal walks, top quality surfing and the Celtic mysteries of the Land's End Peninsula are all within easy reach. A superb destination!
Located in St Ives, this cottage is near the beach. St Ives Harbour and South West Coast Path Section 20 Trailhead are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Wharfside Shopping Centre and Trevaskis Farm. St Ives Museum and National Dahlia Collection are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with fishing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with hiking and horse riding.
