Ground Floor

Stepping inside, gorgeous natural light will greet you as it floods through the large glass windows and doors into the entrance hall. Slip your shoes off and prepare to make yourself comfortable.

Make your way into the open plan living areas with fully equipped Bulthaup kitchen and long solid oak dining table, seating up to 12, where you can sit back and enjoy a tipple while waiting for a sumptuous feast. Beyond is the laid back sitting area with its spectacular granite fireplace, wrap-around seating, Pearl Dealers Bar (from Kobe, Japan) and upright piano. A great spot for relaxing, socialising or just warming up after a long coastal walk.

Roll out the large, bi-folding doors and bring the outside in. If al fresco dining is for you, why not enjoy some of Cornwall's delicious delicacies, cooked in the kitchen or on the BBQ, whilst gathered around the outdoor dining area admiring the gorgeous view across the Camel estuary?

Across from the living areas are the utility, a wetroom, WC with Toto washlet and downstairs ensuite bedroom with a generously sized shower. The spacious utility has two washing machines, a dryer, a second dishwasher, a second fridge, a large sink and worktop and Sheila Maid airer for hanging the washing.

The wetroom with its two showers can be accessed direct from the outside. When you return from surfing, peel off those wetsuits, dunk them in the outside trough, rinse off those sandy toes using the outside tap and take a nice hot shower, hanging your rinsed wetsuit in the wetroom.

First Floor

Journey up the stunning staircase which will lead you to four thoughtfully curated and generously sized bedrooms. Each room is complete with its own en-suite and adorned with lovely soft furnishings, making for a restful sleep at the end of a busy day spent exploring.

Crows Nest

If you need a little peace and quiet, on the uppermost floor set into the slate roof, you'll find a snug room, stylishly finished off with wooden panelling. This is the place to be for snuggling up and kicking back, either alone or with friends and family. The snug is complete with a balcony, the ultimate spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, afternoon tea or a nightcap whilst you take in the panoramic views across the estuary to Padstow. A small fridge, sink and Quooker complete the set-up.

We wouldn't blame you if you never wanted to leave the house, but when you do, there is plenty to see and do in the local area. Whether you're in the mood to try out one of the many water sporting activities on offer, explore local galleries, walk along the beautiful stretches of beach and clifftops, or tour the neighbouring villages - there is something on offer for everyone.

Located in Wadebridge, this vacation home is on the beach. Pencarrow House and Garden and Bodmin Jail are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at St. Enodoc Golf Club and Camel Cycle Trail.
