The beach at Northcott Mouth offers sand when the tide is out whilst Maer Lake Nature Reserve has some lovely wildlife, both within 2 miles. Sandy beaches and a selection of amenities including a golf course, leisure centre, swimming pool, numerous shops and cafes, can be found in Bude less than 2 miles away. Visit the delightful and historical fishing village of Clovelly which is 15 miles away. Bodmin Moor offers plenty of rugged walks and is 30 miles from the property whilst numerous National Trust locations can be found with Duckpool & Sandymouth being within 5 miles. On arrival you will not be disappointed, step through the porch into a beautifully styled property with a blend of old and new, this truly is a special property. The incredible open plan kitchen/diner is the perfect place to catch up with family and friends.
