Five bed detached luxury beach house, walking distance to beaches, town centre and Widemouth Bay.

Perfect family holiday home with plenty of space for everyone whether it be two families or a large family with grandparents. Their is a playroom for the little ones, a large lounge with flat screen tv and Sonos surround sound for watching a family movie. Their is also a snug lounge if you have teenagers wanting their own space to hang out.

Large kitchen with two ovens makes for the perfect holiday feast not forgetting the large four seater sofa in the kitchen and breakfast bar so that you can all be together whilst cooking up a storm.

Outside we have lovely large gardens which will keep your children entertained all day with the play park, football goals and sunken trampoline. When the kids have gone to bed it’s time for a soak in the hot tub whilst watching the amazing stars above. Like dining alfresco? We’ve got you covered with dining area to seat 10 and a large Webber gas bbq to make the most of the fabulous outdoor space.

The property inside is very spacious and comfortably accommodates ten guests plus infants.

Master bedroom consists of super king size bed, large built in wardrobes and full size ensuite bathroom including full size bath tub.

Second bedroom is a twin with two full size single beds.

Third bedroom has zip and link beds so can either be made up as a twin room or king size bed.

Fourth bedroom has a large double with large ensuite bathroom including full size bath tub.

Downstairs has a snug lounge which can be made into the fifth bedroom, it has an incredibly comfortable large double sofa bed (slept on by myself and I can vouch this is just as comfortable as any other bed in the house….it is not your average sofa bed, it has a proper mattress on it and is very comfy).

The house is perfectly located on a very exclusive lane with direct walking access to the coast path which can lead you to town or a choice of beaches. You can also head the opposite way on the lane and join onto the canal path which leads directly into town. There is also a cycle path down by the canal which also leads into Bude town centre.

This location spoils you for choice, walk to town, walk to the beach, walk to the weir for a delicious breakfast and then over the field back on to the coast path and home.
