This property benefits from a lovely countryside location and is in a perfect situation for exploring the nearby Cornish coastline, including the popular resort town of Bude. Bude has a large array of shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as several beaches and a tidal swimming pool which provides safe swimming whatever the conditions out at sea. The village of Kilkhampton is only one mile from the property and has a good range of shops and two pubs and several takeaways. Picturesque fishing villages such as Clovelly, Boscastle and Port Isaac are all also within easy reach. This large property makes a great space for a family get together or a break away with friends. The ground floor living space is a wonderful space to relax, with its two distinct lounge areas divided by the dining area. The main lounge area is where guests will find the TV, DVD, and hi fi, whilst the second lounge area, at the other end of the space, is perfect for relaxing and chatting over a drink. The kitchen is equally spacious and has a Rangemaster electric oven, hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Two staircases, at opposite ends of the house, lead to the six bedrooms. There are two double rooms which each have their own TV and en suite shower and WC, a further double and three twin rooms. Two bathrooms each have a shower over bath and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard and a private raised decked area with seating and BBQ. In addition to this space, there is also a large shared lawn area with children s play equipment and pergola seating. There is also a paddock with ponies who you may like to visit and it may even be possible to help to feed them, with the owner s permission. Guests can also enjoy some lovely walks across the fields with excellent views across to the surrounding moorland. There is ample parking.
