Our home combines grand proportions with a fantastic location. Situated 3 mins walk to the river and 8 mins to the Hampton Court Palace and Bridge Road with its boutiques and al fresco dining.The train for Central London ( Wimbledon 19 mins, Clapham Junction 22 and Waterloo 38 mins) is only an 8 mins walk making trips into Central London a breeze. We are only 40 mins from Gatwick and 25 mins from Heathrow airport.

Fully equipped with double ovens, a large 7 setting induction hob, wine fridge and dining table that easily seats 12. Lots of wonderful memories are sure to be made in this family friendly, open plan living space.

The Garden
The beautiful south facing, mature garden is a real sanctuary. Enjoy whiling away a morning with breakfast on the terrace, or reading and sunbathing on the outside sofa and chairs.
Take in the sunsets and spot the flock of 60 plus parakeets as they fly overhead getting ready to roost for the night in the nearby Richmond Park.
There is a large trampoline at the end of the garden for the children or young at heart. A football goal and paddling pool is also available upon request.
