Maritime House is a truly unique property, boasting uninterrupted and magnificent views of Falmouth’s inner harbour! With five bedrooms and a self-contained two-bedroom apartment, this quirky, modernised home can accommodate groups of up to fourteen guests.

The main property is spread over three spacious floors, with separate buildings that house the generous heated pool and sauna and a self-contained apartment with two bedrooms. Grade II listed, every corner of this enchanting house is overflowing with character, from exposed beams to rough stone walls and parquet flooring.

On the lower ground floor, there is a studio bedroom, utility room and a self-contained apartment. Shutters open from each window onto the water, with the dance of sunlight on the mirrored surface setting the scene for magical moments. The ground floor, on the same level as the gardens, boasts four more bedrooms. The master offers its own dressing room and en-suite, whilst the other rooms share a modernised bathroom.

Stepping up to the first floor, you will find a fantastic entertaining space. This vast room, with its exposed beamed ceilings, pitched roof and waterside views, is exemplary. There is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, social breakfast bar and large dining table. Entertaining is what this space does best, be it dinner parties, special occasions or romantic meals, it is impossible not to be romanced by the architecture, views and décor! To the other side of the stairs, there is a spacious living room with sofas, armchairs and bookshelves, perfect for playing games, curling up and reading a book, or chatting long into the evening with your friends and family.

Maritime House is one of the few properties in this area with its own heated private pool and sauna, not to mention the private slipway and pontoon. With a balcony overlooking the harbour, you can watch the boats coming and going, drifting easily into a state of complete relaxation!

The mesmerising views extend further to the Roseland Peninsula!
