Being located in this stunningly beautiful area of Cornwall means that the likes of Newlyn, the Minack theatre, Mousehole, Sennen Cove and of course Lands End are all within a short drive and easily accessible as well as so many coves and quaint fishing villages which are just waiting to be explored. As you arrive at Ros Vale peace and tranquil surroundings will greet you. The ground floor is an outstanding open-plan living room area with a comfortable sitting area, large dining area seating 12 people and an impressive well equipped kitchen. There is a separate sitting room which adjoins this area. With a large open fire in the main sitting area as well as a log burner in the dining area this wonderful house will be warm and welcoming whatever the weather. Guests are supplied with a welcome pack of logs to get them started. The whole property is served with very efficient under floor heating, ensuring a cosy retreat all year round. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with en-suite facilities, a large utility room, separate laundry room and a cloakroom. On the first floor are the remaining four bedrooms; the master bedroom contains a king size bed with a pocket sprung/memory foam mattress for exceptional comfort. A travel cot is also available. The main guest suite contains a king-size bed with an en-suite. There is a separate double bedroom and a bunk bedroom with a sofa bed. The large family bathroom is also on the first floor. Outside, attractively landscaped west facing gardens provide a fantastic spot to relax at the end of another memorable day spent in this truly special area of Cornwall.
