Pendower is a beautiful, semi-detached, family house on the sea front in New Polzeath.

The stunning Hayle bay (Polzeath beach) is just below the house. You can get sand under your feet within a minute of leaving the front door.

The house is ideally suited for a family holiday with plenty of beds for children and their friends, or just a lovely quiet getaway for a couple.

Go surfing, watch the surfers from the sitting room, or go for long walks along the coast. There are plenty of things to do in and around Polzeath.

The house has Sky TV (we subscribe to the sports channels during the summer) and WiFi broadband.

There is off-street parking for two cars at the back of the house.

The house was completely renovated in 2015.

Changeover day is Friday.

*Please Note* We only start accepting reservations in the same year as the reservation. i.e. we will not be taking bookings for 2020 until January 2020.

We therefore cannot tell if any particular week will be free in any future year. If you enquire about future years, we may not answer.

Also be aware that weeks in the summer holidays are extremely rare. Either the family or long-term repeat tenants usually take all summer holiday weeks.



Located in Wadebridge, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and St Nectan's Glen, while Cliffside Gallery and North Cornwall Museum are cultural highlights. Consider King Arthur's Great Halls for a night out or Cornish Coast Day Adventures if you're traveling with kids. Water skiing, windsurfing, and sailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking nearby.
