The top floor has the delightful benefit of a balcony from where you have a bird’s eye view of the fascinating on-goings along the river. The property is laid out on four floors with an extremely useful storage/utility room in the basement. Upstairs on the first floor are four bedrooms, the first has twin beds which can be put together to create a super-king-size and an en-suite, whilst the second also has the twin/super-king option with an adjacent bathroom. Then there are two more rooms, one with twin beds, and another with one single; up onto the top floor is another bedroom with the twin/super-king option, and a further bedroom with two single beds and another bathroom. Perfectly suited for large and extended families, The Terrace 4 offers plenty of room for all! This wonderful house is located right in the middle of the nautical hub of Rock; walking from the doorstep can lead you to the Rock Sailing Club, St Enodoc Golf Course, or the Camel Ski School. Delicious menus await you at the many local pubs and restaurants, while those seeking retail therapy can find lovely shopping only a stone’s throw away. Teenagers can saunter down to the pontoon and sign up for an exciting banana boat ride while others can relax on the terrace and watch their antics with an indulgent cream tea.
