The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. There is also a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside is a communal courtyard with seating to enjoy an evening tipple.
Power and Heat:  Electricity included in the rent. Central heating. Bedding and Linen:  Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels. Baby Equipment:  Travel Cot provided. Beach:  0.5 ml.  Pub:  0.5 ml.
Pets:  1 dog welcome - £25 per dog per week.  Information about bringing your dog.
NOTES:  No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.  On-site parking for 1 car to the front of property.
