Ideally situated between the famous Cornish sailing destination of Rock and the popular family and surfing beach at Polzeath, is Lowen Lodge, a gorgeous, beautifully appointed property for two.  The village of St Minver and home to the popular Fourways Inn who serve great pub food most evenings is just over a mile away.

Aside from being just a very short drive to Polzeath, New Polzeath, St Minver and Rock, thanks to the superbly convenient location Lowen Lodge occupies, other popular places to visit and equally easy to reach include the famous fishing village of Port Isaac next to the neighbouring hamlets of Port Gaverne and Port Quinn. These wonderful places offer up a wealth of coastal walks and are perfect for the four legged member of the family too.

Tintagel and Boscastle are within a half hours drive and taking the passenger ferry from Rock across to the world famous harbour town of Padstow, is a breeze and a definite must do!

A selection of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants are dotted around the Rock, Polzeath and St Minver areas with the bustling town of Wadebridge just 5 miles away. 

Wadebridge offers all of the above plus a choice of supermarkets, lovely high street, terrific leisure centre, two screen cinema and access of course to the well-loved and used Camel bicycle trail.

The enclosed garden is laid mainly to lawn with a good size decked area in front of the property. Sun loungers and table and chairs are provided.
