The sitting area has a traditional wood burner within a brick feature fireplace, a dining area and doors opening to a patio which leads onto a beautiful garden, which has a mixture of lawn, paths, pond and so much more. Artists and photographers alike will take pleasure in wandering through the owners' woods and picturesque gardens that are vibrant with colour from a profusion of lush planting. Helston is lovely market town to explore. A great position for exploring south Cornwall. Porthleven is just a 10 minute drive with its lovely harbour, fishing boats, fine restaurants, bespoke shops and the beach. You are also within a 30 minute drive to Falmouth, The Lizard and Penzance all of which have lots to see and do. There are some lovely coves and sheltered beaches along the stretch of coast from Porthleven to Penzance or start the coastal path from Loe Bar. A perfect cottage which is ideally situated to explore Cornwall although when you stay at the Summer House you may not want to leave it.
