Within less than a mile, St Just town centre offers a bustling atmosphere with many local pubs, cafés, bakery, convenience stores and a numerous art galleries, plus if you visit in July you may catch the annual Lafrowda Day, a vibrant festival held on the third Saturday in July which celebrates music and arts. If adventure takes you further afield then Penzance is a wonderful day out, with the lovely Trengwainton Garden, its waterfront promenade and jubilee pool, and walking trails leading up to a range of historical treasures, from Lanyon Quoit to the Holy Well of St Madron, there's plenty to see and do.
