Town: Mawgan Porth is a small cove resting between Newquay and Padstow. It comes with a golden sandy beach, surfing opportunities and coastal footpath to explore. Here you will also find the Scarlet Hotel, which offers Spa treatments and facilities to non-residents, whilst nearby Watergate Bay is the setting for Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen restaurant. Mawgan Porth has a handful of shops, including a village store and deli, and a farm shop selling locally sourced produce.
Located in Newquay, this cottage is on the beach. Lighthouse Cinema and Padstow Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Huer's Hut and Prideaux Place. Japanese Garden and Bonsai Nursery and Padstow Maize Maze are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
