There is a road through the (private) wood to a slipway and a safe anchorage with a lock-up boat house for storage of gear. Calamansac provides superb access to the water, the Helford and its fascinating creeks with dinghy parking, launching and mooring for your own boat, all by arrangement.

Available as two separate wings (sleeping 11 and 13) or as a whole; Calamansac East and West Wings provide flexible and spacious accommodation for the larger group.

WEST WING

12m x 6m, with piano, library, indoor swing and table tennis. French windows open onto the garden overlooking the river, with level lawn suitable for ball games, (croquet set, quoits and Hoola-hoops supplied). This room may not be used after 9pm and before 9am.
