Magnolia Holiday Lodge sleeps up to 4 guests, featuring a master double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite shower and WC, and a twin bedroom. Magnolia provides a modern accommodation with your own private hot tub and large decking with outdoor furniture, enjoying the quaint woodlands alongside the River Lynher. Magnolia Holiday Lodge is self-catered, perfect for romantic escapes, family holidays or a group of friends.
Inside, Magnolia Holiday Lodge has an open plan lounge with electric fireplace, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso Machine, and toaster. There are also all the usual cooking pots and pans, as well as kitchen utensils. There is also a family bathroom with WC. The beds will be made upon arrival, with towels provided. We recommend bringing a separate towel per guest for the hot tub.
Magnolia has a front decking, where you can enjoy some perfect summer evenings, or relax after a long day exploring, in your private hot tub. Within the grounds is our Woodland Nature Walkway, offering a secluded walk around the boundaries of Notter Bridge Holiday Park. Along the walk is our small fishing and nature pond, with a selection of local fish and ecological conservation efforts, supporting the regions local flora and fauna. At the end of the Park is the slipway onto the River Lynher, perfect for canoes, kayaks, or paddle boards.
