5 Tree Tops is a stylish, contemporary lodge that can be found in Lanreath, Cornwall. It is a split level property over two floors. Internally, there is one ground floor king-size bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC, and one twin bedroom, seperate room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. There is an open-plan living room with an upper ground floor fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area. Outside you will find a decking area with a sunken hot tub, as well as a table and chairs. Parking is available outside the lodge for one car. 5 Tree Tops is ideal for a couple or small family to enjoy the village and explore the local area.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer. TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot (no mattress) and highchair available. Parking outside the lodge for one car. Private wrap-around terrace with dining area and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, on-site restaurant 5 mins walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Steps leading up to the property and two small steps leading to upper ground floor. Note: Due to balcony terrace and lakes on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted
