The kitchen space consists of a breakfast bar and four stools, oven, induction hob with integrated extractor, fridge freezer, wine fridge, kettle and toaster, microwave and dishwasher.
6 Bol-Y-Maer also has a utility room with washer/dryer, WiFi. Nilian Indoor Climate System, a double height vaulted ceiling and a cot and highchair available on request.
Outside: Covered balcony with a glimpse of the ocean, featuring a dining table for four with chairs and a glass balustrade. One allocated parking space and limited roadside parking available. An indoor heated swimming pool can also be used exclusively per apartment during allocated time slots.
