The sandy harbour provides an abundance of rock pools as the tide retreats. Only ten minutes drive from the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, it is perfect for romantic and family holidays alike. There is ample parking at the top of the village.

Cliffside Gallery and North Cornwall Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Cornish Coast Day Adventures and Pengenna Pasties.
