The adorable Beach Hill Cottage is located in the heart of the picturesque & unspoilt village of Portloe only yards from the harbour beach and is perfect for a couple or a small family all year round. From just outside your front door you can watch the comings & goings of the local crab & lobster fishermen as they launch their boats and land their catches daily. This is Cornwall as we all imagine, but rarely find these days. Beach Hill Cottage is a beautifully converted former fisherman's cottage. It is a small cottage, but full of character and wonderfully presented by the Owners. It is an ideal all year round basis as it has a woodburning stove for cosy winter evenings. It is perfectly positioned for exploring the miles of coastal walks and only a short drive to the spectacular Carne beach. The cottage itself has a small but well fitted kitchen with a dining table & slate floor. The lounge is a really cosy room & full of character with a wood burning stove and beamed ceiling. There is a comfortable sofa and window seat. There are steep stairs leading up to the first floor bedrooms & bathroom. Accommodation Ground Floor: Open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. First Floor: Double bedroom, single room with truckle bed (extending to a double bed) and separate bathroom with shower & WC. Exterior: There is no garden, but there is a small slate area to the front where there is a table and two chairs to sit and watch the harbour. Facilities & Services Heating is via the wood burning stove and combination convection/night storage heaters downstairs and in both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and boiling water tap. The lounge has a smart TV / DVD player, CD & radio and Bluetooth speaker. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are included, but you will need
