The Breakers is situated in a perfect very peaceful position, nestling as it does against the cliff side and overlooking the famous fishing harbour of Polperro. Situated along the traffic free Warren, this comfortable cottage enjoys some of the most picturesque views of the rugged Cornish coastline in this beautiful part of Cornwall.
Accommodation:
Living room with window seat, attractive sea views, feature oak panelled wall, cane sofa and two chairs, flat screen TV with Freeview, plenty of books and a dining table to seat four. Small, well-equipped and simple kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge with ice box and microwave. Stairs up to the attractive and spacious twin bedroom with wonderful views and two 3ft single beds. Adjacent shower room with electric shower, basin and WC. Further stairs to the second floor spacious double bedroom with superb views, window seat, 4ft 6in double bed, flat screen TV with Freeview and an en-suite bathroom with bath, hand shower, basin and WC.
