Brand New to the market in 2020, Bass cottage is 100 yards from a dog friendly beach in the unspoilt Cornish fishing village of Porthallow (port at the end of the moor) on the Lizard Peninsula.
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine and in the cosy sitting room a log burner with a supply of logs in the garden shed, the heating is always on so you only need the log burner if you just love fires. All electric is from a renewable source.

The village boasts a great local pub providing food and drink and a cafe, Fat Apples, half a mile out of the village, worth contacting both in advance to book.
The cottage has parking for one car and unlimited parking on the beach and a walled garden in which to relax if you prefer more private sun bathing.
Porthallow cove has generally calm seas great for kayaking and paddle boarding, swimming and diving, if you require bigger waves then Porthleven is only 20 minutes away for surfing.
If geology is of interest, the area boasts a large diversity of rock, being situated on a fault line. An early morning stroll on the beach will always show you something new.
The sandy beaches of Kennack and Kynance are all within a 20 minute drive.

Located in Helston, this cottage is on the waterfront. Poldark Mine and The Old Cider Barn Arts and Crafts Centre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Bonython Estate Gardens and One2Eleven. Traveling with kids?
