This cottage is close to Esthwaite water, with stunning views out across the Lake towards Grizedale. Set in 14 acres of ancient woodland, this cottage is a real treat - a proper retreat. There is a large lawned garden area, and you can ramble around the the private woodland, and right up and over to Moss Eccles Tarn.
The cottage has been beautifully furnished and well equipped - large open plan kitchen-dining room with a log burner, and seperate living room with another log burner. There are two bedrooms (double and a twin), and a family bathroom, with a shower over a bath.
The private garage has ample room to store bikes and kit or get your precious sports car undercover, with plenty of wood for the log burner to keep you toasty.
Half-way between Hawkshead and Sawrey, you can walk from the house, on paths that avoid the road, in either direction.

This vacation home is located in Ambleside. Lake District National Park and Arnside and Silverdale reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Raw War Paintball and Go Ape Grizedale. Holehird Gardens and Lakes Aqaurium are also worth visiting.
