Lovely bright open plan living area and a fresh interior with lots of new home comforts and private parking in our courtyard.
Welcoming pubs, cafes and local shops a short stroll away in Marazion. Ideally located to explore beaches on south and north coasts.
The space:
Ideal for a family, couples or a small group of friends, the cottage is part of a Grade II listed stable block that has been beautifully converted into a two bedroom retreat. There are views of the sea from the south facing windows (bedroom 1 and living area), and uniquely for Marazion, private parking in front of the garage in our shared courtyard (more info below).
From the front door, it's a short walk to Marazion beach. Ideal for swimming, bodyboarding, paddleboarding, kayaking, and a popular local kitesurfing beach, it's a truly unique spot with the majestic island castle taking centre stage in your view. There are 3 beach cafés and watersports hire/tuition centres on the beach too.
