Stay in a cosy detached log cabin style lodge with 2 bedrooms offering spectacular views overlooking the wildlife pond with the resident moorhen and mallard ducks. This comfortable lodge has one double bedroom and a room with bunk beds suitable for 4 adults or a family. Dogs are also welcome free of charge. There is fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower.
The space
There is an outside south facing veranda where you can either have a BBQ or enjoy watching the wildlife on the pond just in front of you. It is a beautiful site and you will be able to relax and unwind whilst exploring a lovely part of Cornwall.
Guest access
Enjoy the site with its games room, pitch 'n' putt and nature trail, where you may spot few alpacas and a sheep or two. The washing machine and dryer are in the laundry on site but not in the lodge.
Other things to note
Book private sessions in our hot tub or swim spa. This is at an additional charge of £25 per session or £100 for 5 sessions (sessions are an hour long, max 4 people at the time). The hot tub is situated in the old waterwheel pit which is less than a minute walk from the lodge. Sit back and relax whilst watching the stars above.
There may be other people staying on site in other accommodation, but you have your own patio and will not be disturbed by other guests. We allow dogs in this lodge. You must bring a dog basket with you and please ensure your pet does not lie on the bedding or soft furnishings. When you exercise your dog, it must be under control and you must clean up after your pet. Pets must not be left unattended in the accommodation at any time. ONLY HOUSE TRAINED PETS ACCEPTED- SORRY NO PUPPIES.
Located in Launceston, this lodge is in a rural area and on a river. Cornwall at War Museum and Davidstow Moor RAF Memorial Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Trethorne Leisure Park and The Hidden Valley Discovery Park. Consider King Arthur's Great Halls for a night out or Launceston Steam Railway if you're traveling with kids. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including wildlife walks.
