Bay House is located 2 minutes walk from the sandy swimming and surfing beach in Trevone, which is one of only nine beaches in Cornwall to be awarded the Blue Flag Award & Seaside Award 2022 (awarded to beaches for being clean, safe, environmentally friendly and having great facilities). It is also only a 5-10 minute walk along coastal path to 'Rocky Beach' with its semi-natural swimming pool and rock pooling on the way. The house is ideal for a relaxing holiday as the village has a great beach shop and cafe, pub serving food and well-stocked farm shop. It is only 2 miles from the highly acclaimed restaurants in popular Padstow, with its picturesque harbour and working fishing port. There are plenty of activities nearby with stunning coastal walks on your door step or short drives to Trevose Championship golf course, cycling or horse riding on the Camel Trail and several excellent surfing beaches. The house has double and twin bedrooms, comfortably accommodating 4 adults with a pull out mattress in the living room to sleep an occasional additional person if required. Modern, well-equipped kitchen, living/dining room, fibre broadband, off-road parking, storage and small courthard garden, ideal for Bbq. Sorry no pets and no smoking.
Located in Padstow, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. Padstow Museum and Lighthouse Cinema are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Padstow Harbour and South West Coast Path Section 15 Trailhead. Traveling with kids? Consider National Lobster Hatchery, or check out an event or a game at Mount Wise Stadium. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
