Situated in an elevated position, this semi-detached house is just a short walk into the town centre, and just half a mile from the beach, there is plenty to do nearby. Looe is a busy little seaside town, with lots of shops, restaurants and pubs to choose from. Great walking can be found along the South West Coastal Path. Just a short distance away are the picturesque coastal towns of Talland Bay and Polperro, both offering a great selection of amenities and coastal walking opportunities. Beach 1 mile.
