Please note: Couples and family bookings only.. Looe is a popular place to visit at all times of the year, and Avoca is sure to be a firm favourite with families and couples of all ages. Situated in an elevated position, this semi-detached house is just a short walk into the town centre, and just half a mile from the beach, there is plenty to do nearby. Looe is a busy little seaside town, with lots of shops, restaurants and pubs to choose from. Great walking can be found along the South West Coastal Path. Just a short distance away are the picturesque coastal towns of Talland Bay and Polperro, both offering a great selection of amenities and coastal walking opportunities. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Old Guildhall Museum and Gaol and Stuart House Arts and Heritage Centre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Lanhydrock and The Parish Church of Saint Lalluwy Menheniot. Polperro Model Village and Adrenalin Quarry are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
