This Cottage has a bathroom with a shower over the bath (fixed & handheld head) on the first floor.
Refurbished large kitchen-diner and the lounge are downstairs, with its own small enclosed garden.
The cottage is well equipped and includes a television, radio, DVD player, electric cooker, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, wifi, ironing facilities and hairdryer as standard. Being a larger cottage it also has a dishwasher and fridge freezer.
The cottage is double glazed and has oil fired central heating. A cot and highchair is available on request free of charge. The cottage has space in the double or second bedroom for a folding occasional bed (see useful info). Our Self Catering Holiday Accommodation is graded annually. All Cottages are non-smoking.

This apartment is located in Looe. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Eden Project and Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, while Old Guildhall Museum and Gaol and Fowey River Gallery are cultural highlights. Polperro Model Village and Fowey Aquarium are also worth visiting.
