Beach Approach Cottage is an excellent choice for families with older children, or couples - a dartboard and table-tennis table will keep you amused for hours, in the undercover games area outside. There is an enclosed private garden and seating area outside.

Once inside the accommodation is all on the ground floor.
The cottage is accessed via a set of Thirty steps on quite a steep hill. Not ideal for those with mobility problems.

This vacation home is located in Filey. The Yorkshire Wolds Gallery and Rotunda Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at West Avenue Pitch and Putt and Yorkshire Wolds Way. Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and South Cliff Italian Gardens are also worth visiting.
