Just a short walk will take you to the ever-popular Trebarwith beach, a long stretch of golden sand backed by flat rocks and steep cliffs. Alternatively, join the South West Coast Path and explore further along this idyllic coastline, stopping off in the village of Tintagel to refuel with some tasty treats at one of the traditional inns. Close by you can also tour Merlin’s Cave, Tintagel Castle, and the National Trust sites of Glebe Cliff and Tintagel Old Post Office. Well-positioned to spend the day in Boscastle, Polzeath and Padstow, you’ll have plenty to see and do. Choose Cliffside for a lovely escape.
