Sunshine Cottage is a cosy traditional Cornish cottage which has been modernised in the heart of Trevone and just a 2 mile drive from Padstow which is a popular water sports centre and is famous for Rick Stein's restaurants. There are golf clubs at Trevose and St Enodoc near Rock. The cottage is about 3 minutes walk to the sandy and rocky beaches of Trevone Bay and fabulous walks around the coastline to Padstow or the other way to Harlyn Bay. Surfing from the local beaches or one of the many within a couple of miles is popular and many offer Stand Up Paddle Board and Surfing lessons. There is a surf shop and cafe (with bar) by the beach serving food and just 1 minute from the cottage a farm shop stocking essential foods and delicious local produce.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 in the main cottage (double and bunk beds) and a bedroom with single bed and en suite wet room in the Garden Room. The cottage benefits from double glazing throughout including french doors and windows along with a fully double glazed porch and full central heating making it suitable all year round. With its sunny aspect and enclosed front garden it is well suited to couples or families with small children.

Located in Padstow, this cottage is near the beach. Padstow Harbour and South West Coast Path Section 15 Trailhead are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Carnewas and Bedruthan Steps. National Lobster Hatchery and Padstow Maize Maze are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
