This house is the perfect getaway for families or couples. Enjoy the Gym and Trampoline in a prime place with a 2 min walk to the train station which allows a 10 min train ride into Exeter Central. The property is only a 10 min walk from the Exeter Chiefs rugby ground which is perfect for game days and parking is available out on the street. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet with a spar shop and play park a 1 minute walk away and a green area just 30 seconds away.
The space
The house has been set up for your perfect getaway, the French doors in the living room lead out onto the decking which covers half of the garden with furniture under a gazebo and the other half of the garden is grass with a 10ft trampoline for any little ones. The sun comes into the garden from about 11am until it goes down making it the ideal space to relax in the summer. You can enter the garage from the kitchen and it has been converted into a Gym with a squat rack and barbell (20kgs + weight plates up to 135kg), running machine, adjustable dumbbells (up to 41kg) + bench and a pull-up bar for your exercise fix.

The house is great for kids and has a little play kitchen in the real kitchen as well as a toy box and the trampoline to keep them entertained. There are three toilets in the house, one downstairs and two upstairs. There are 2 double rooms upstairs, the main room has ensuite and the 2nd bedroom has a single mattress that is stored under the double bed allowing you to have 5 people staying.

This vacation home is located in Exeter. East Devon and Dawlish Warren Nature Reserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Topsham Pool and Topsham Museum. Crealy Great Adventure Park and Skirmish Paintball Games Exeter are also worth visiting.
