Enter via a footbridge into the 30 foot open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area. This is a light and airy triple aspect room with windows to the front, window seats to the side and French doors with a juliette balcony to the rear. The lounge area enjoys fantastic views over rooftops and out to sea and is furnish with a 3 seater chaise sofa and armchair, wide screen TV with DVD player and a library of DVDs for lazy days. The white high gloss fully fitted kitchen is finished with black granite tops and includes everything you would expect in a contemporary kitchen, complete with integrated washer / dryer and dishwasher and a microwave. The dining area is furnished with a circular glass table and seats 5 people and in the side board you'll find a selection of board games and puzzles for rainy days. The master bedroom also has french doors with a juliette balcony and sea views to the rear and has a double bed and high gloss modern furniture. There is a TV with DVD player, hair dryer and full length mirror. The ensuite is fitted with a bath and a separate shower cubicle and there is a heated towel rail. Towels and bedlinen are provided. The second bedroom to the front has a double bed and small single bed and can sleep 3 people. Furnished with the same high gloss units, there is also a TV and DVD player.
