St Georges is a stunning, modern, top-floor apartment with fabulous harbour views. Fully refurbished for the 2022 season, the property is beautiful throughout and is just a short walk from the centre of Looe with its many delights to enjoy.On entering the apartment there is a flight of stairs to the first floor where you will find the bright and welcoming lounge area, complete with a large L shaped sofa, Smart TV, and window seat perfect for taking in the amazing views. Also overlooking the same view is the third bedroom with a standard size double bed. To the rear of the building on the same floor is the fully fitted kitchen complete with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine and more. Also on this floor is the family bathroom which has a bath and separate shower cubicle, wc and wash hand basin.A second flight of stairs leads to the top floor where the large, bright master bedroom with king size bed overlooks the same fabulous views. The second bedroom with a standard size double bed and a further second shower room with wc and wash hand basin are also at this level.To the front of the patio is a furnished patio area that enjoys 180-degree views of the bustling river and harbour. This patio area is shared with the downstairs apartment but each apartment has their own designated furniture. The photographs currently show seating for 4 but this will be for 6 for Summer 2022.St Georges offers free Wifi and has gas central heating throughout so guests can be sure of a comfortable stay all year round. Free on-road parking is available with a 10 minute walk and there is also a paid public park a 10 minute walk away. One small well behaved dog is welcome.

Located in Looe, this vacation home is near the beach. Old Guildhall Museum and Gaol and Lanhydrock are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Polperro Model Village and Adrenalin Quarry. Kartworld and Port Eliot House and Gardens are also worth visiting. With surfing/body boarding and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
