The Coach House at Falcon Mews has been tastefully converted to luxury holiday accommodation. The owners take pride in the careful attention which has been paid to maintaining the character of the building whilst adding all possible modern luxuries.
The Coach House couldn't be better located. Just a few metres from the banks of Bude Canal towpath and within very easy , level stroll to Summerleze Beach and the town centre. Guests can park their car in the private courtyard and leave it all holiday to enjoy a drive free week!
Outside,the beautiful walled garden gives you private parking and a secure garden for children to enjoy. The lovely sheltered private lawn is perfect for picnics or summer BBQ. The whole garden is completely enclosed with gated access so very safe for a truly relaxing family holiday or a peaceful retreat just for two. The Bude Canal is metres from the gate and provides opportunities for fishing, boating or a leisurely stroll to the beach.
Within the Coach House you will find everything you need and more! Oak floors, granite worktops, an American style fridge freezer and a range cooker. The lounge has a large stone fireplace housing a gas woodburner. The large sofas and wooden shutters at all downstairs windows add to the luxurious holiday feel the house offers.
Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with ensuite offering a shower and drencher. It has a large 5ft bed and cupboard space running the whole length of the wall.
There is a large landing at the top of the stairs with large luxurious family bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds plus large cupboards for all your holiday togs!
Although the house sleeps four in two bedrooms (with room for a cot) there is ample space for two extra guests to sleep on a quality sofa bed located in the large lounge.
This quirky luxurious and elegant house really does provide the perfect place for a holiday in Bude, allowing you to explore Devon Nad Cornwall or stay local and have a relaxing holiday by the sea - you need not use your car!
Bude boasts a wealth of good restaurants and pubs, and almost all of them are within walking distance of the Coach House.
