This enviable location is perfect for those looking to take advantage of the superb surf in the bay or to maybe explore some of the fascinating walks around nearby Daymer Bay or around the dramatic Pentire Headland. The quaint villages of Port Isaac and Port Quinn are just a short distance away and you can catch the ferry to Padstow and enjoy some of the best food in Cornwall. Comehither is a basic, but comfortable holiday home benefiting from outstanding views across the beach at Polzeath from either the conservatory or the kitchen. There is a raised grassed area immediately outside the front of the property with a picnic table that is also a brilliant place to enjoy the view. Comehither can be rented together with Hithertwo to provide accommodation for up to 10 people on the same site. Accommodation Ground Floor Only: The entrance leads into the kitchen and then through into the sitting room / diner. There is access to the conservatory with its range of comfortable furniture via large French windows. The master bedroom with 4'6" double bed leads off the sitting room as does the second double bedroom (4' bed) and bunk bedroom (suitable for adults as well as children). There is a separate family shower room with WC. Exterior: The garden has an external picnic table, chairs and two sun loungers. Below the kitchen window there is an outdoor tap to wash off wetsuits and dogs. Facilities & Services Heating is via on demand electric heating. The kitchen has a range of cupboards & worktops. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, a fridge / freezer and washing machine. The sitting room has a digital TV & DVD player. There is an iron & ironing board.
