The cottage is positioned just a hundred yards from the town s harbour, shops and restaurants, with some of the best beaches in the area including Charlestown Beach, Duporth and Carlyon, all within 1.5 miles. The famous tall ships can be seen here, while the village has also appeared in several films and TV programmes. St Austell, the largest town in Cornwall, is 1.5 miles away, with a larger selection of shops, restaurants and cafes. The property is the perfect base for exploring Cornwall, with attractions such as the Eden Project (3 miles) and the Lost Gardens of Heligan (7 miles) making wonderful days out.
