Wagon House is our largest property which has 3 bedrooms.
King Bedroom, with TV and an en suite shower room on the ground floor.
Twin bedded room and a family bathroom are also on the ground floor.
Third Twin bedroom with TV and en-suite and living room are up stairs.
Also a further sitting room with 2 large sofas and TV upstairs.
Dining Room downstairs off kitchen with large table and chairs, TV and sofa.
Entrance opens into the kitchen which has a modern shaker kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Inter-grated fridge/freezer, electric over and ceramic hob. There is a utility sink as well as the kitchen sink. Well equipped for all your needs.
Double doors that lead out onto Patio with Slate table and wooden bench chairs and large enclosed garden looking out onto fields, complete with a BBQ for Alfresco eating.

Located in Bodmin, this cottage is in a rural area and by the sea. Cliffside Gallery and North Cornwall Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at South West Coast Path Section 14 Trailhead and South West Coast Path Section 13 Trailhead. Cornish Coast Day Adventures and Pengenna Pasties are also worth visiting.
